Updated September 24, 2008

Advanced reservations are now closed.

Come one and all to the coronation of Darius and Alethea in the fair Barony of Carolingia, where the festivities will reflect the world from the time of the First Crusade in 1099 to the end of the Kingdom of Jerusalem in 1187.

We are planning a full day of activities which will include the last court of Their Majesties Konrad and Brenwen, the coronation of Their Highnesses Darius and Alethea, first court, entertainment by the Carolingian Quire, and a performance by i Sebastiani, the Greatest Commedia dell' Arte Troupe in the Entire World!  In addition, the East Kingdom's 40th anniversary display will be available for your viewing pleasure.

The schedule for the day has mostly been finalized. You may view it here on the Schedule page.

The site is handicapped accessible by some ramps, and a wheelchair lift on the back stairway is used to reach Clark Hall. A map of the church may be found here: http://www.hancockchurch.org/maps.html.

Check out the Feast and Dayboard page for the dayboard and feast menus! The feast is now SOLD OUT but a waiting list has been created. Please see the Reservations page for more information.

The coronation ceremony will include an "Acclamation" written by Mistress Gwendolyn of Middlemarch and a processional written by Seigneur Lucien de Pontivy.. Please see the Entertainment page for more information.

A nursery and a family room will be available for use during the event by those little ones needing a diaper change or a rest in a quiet space.
